Just a quick note for readers in Britain: I’ve just received word that Inside the Tower, Season 9, will begin airing on Channel 5 on Wednesday, May 20, at 8 pm UK time.
The episode featuring Josef Jakobs’ final letter is scheduled to air on Wednesday, May 27, at 8 pm.
I was interviewed for the segment back in December, when the crew filmed a piece about Josef’s final letter — the one he wrote in the early hours before his execution at the Tower of London. I’ll receive a copy of the episode after it has aired, but UK viewers should be able to watch it first.
